These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and the policies referenced here describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

TEASPoON names, logos, and related marks are our trademarks. Other names and logos are the property of their owners.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with TEASPoON. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us and is released from any claims arising from such transactions.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain data is also processed under Shopify’s policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
