Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TEASPoON. We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely while ensuring the quality and care your products deserve.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please review individual product descriptions, as some items are custom or handmade and may have longer production or shipping lead times. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier. International orders may require additional time for processing, customs clearance, and delivery.
3. Carriers and Tracking
We ship using major carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. TEASPoON products are non-alcoholic but should be stored in a cool, dry location upon arrival.
5. Delays and Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please email teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier office. We’ll help if possible but cannot replace items lost after confirmed delivery.
