Shipping Info

We do our best to make sure every order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get a separate email with tracking details once your order ships.

Please note that some items are custom or handmade and may require longer lead times. Specific production or shipping details are listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

  • Domestic orders: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International orders: delivery time varies depending on customs and carrier processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on location and shipping option selected.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email — please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damages & Delivery Issues

We carefully pack each order, but if your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

If your package shows as “Delivered” but can’t be located, check with your local carrier office. We’ll assist as best we can, but we’re not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

We’re thrilled to ship Teaspoon globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are determined by your local authorities and not included in our shipping rates. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For details, email teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com for help.
