Refund policy

For any return or refund inquiries, please contact teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
