How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time varies by location — generally 3–7 business days within the U.S. Some handmade or custom products may have extended lead times noted in their descriptions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To begin a return, email teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com with your order number.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email teaspoon@dynastyspirits.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it right away.
